Baltic Restaurants Estonia AS is the largest catering service provider in Estonia and is part of the Baltic Restaurant Group. We began operations in Estonia in 1993.

In Estonia, we employ over 500 people and manage 132 catering locations across the country, including general education schools, kindergartens, universities, office buildings, and staff restaurants.

We offer school catering services under the Daily brand.

In preparing school meals

WE DO NOT OFFER

• • pre-processed ingredients (e.g., sulfured potatoes, etc.) or semi-finished products
  • dishes made from sausage or wiener products
  • desserts made from sweets, only desserts prepared on-site
  • water-based sweetened or carbonated drinks

WE DO NOT USE

• • flavor enhancers and salt-containing seasonings
  • ready-made food powders – e.g., sauce, broth powders, etc.
  • liquid concentrates – soups, broths, sauces. We prepare broth from natural ingredients.
