How to add eater details?

Eater details can be added on the My Information page.
Select My Information and fill in the fields, adding an eater if necessary. To add an eater, click the “Add eater” button.

How can I pay for the order?

Payment can be made via a bank link.

What if I forget to click "return to merchant" after completing the payment?

If you forget to click “return to merchant,” empty calendars will appear on the Orders page, and it won’t be possible to cancel a meal day.

How can I view placed orders?

If an order is placed and paid for, you can view it on the Orders page.

What if the eater is sick or absent, how do I cancel a meal day?

If the eater is sick or absent, click on the desired day to remove it in the right calendar with a pink background. Only meal days can be canceled. An advance payment will be generated for the canceled meal days, which will be applied to the next order.

Is it possible to cancel a same-day order?

It is not possible to cancel a same-day order.

What if I can't log in?

Try using a different web browser for logging in.

How can I add a teacher's details as an eater?

Teacher details can be added on the My Information page.
Select My Information, then Add eater – fill in the eater’s details in the field. Once the details are added, you will see the name as an option on the Food Ordering page.
